My Kidney Donation Experience

Ever thought about donating a part of your body that could give life to a person you love and respect? Well that is my story this month, July of 2011. That though came to my mind five years ago when I learned that both of my brother's kidneys had failed on him. I decided then for my very first time about donating one of my kidneys to him. There was one problem do, I was struggling with obesity so I decided to postpone the donation until I lost the over weight. The first four years after the kidneys failed on my brother, went so fast so did my weight went up. Back in early part of 2010, I decided to take action and save both of our lives. I went through a process which I knew it would change my live forever, for the positive, of course, and I'm pretty confident that my brother's life has change forever as well.

In fact, the donated kidney is responding very well on my brother. I can only say that God is so Great. I ended up being a perfect match, better than that, Doctor Vapnek from Sharp Hospital and Transplant Coordinator Tammy Wright, told me that the match was so perfect just like if my brother and I were twins.

Although I'm glad to be back at home and to continue working on my passion which is PROTECTING CHILDREN from accessing inappropriate content unsuitable for them. And to continue with search of great people, investors, who are striving to help families and children that are caught in the hands of the porn industry. In search of great people who can assist with the distribution of this product, which more that a product is a great cause and to grow this project until we see the fruits of its labor. That is my passion and am happy to be back working on this amazing project.

I can only say, my kidney donation was a TOTAL SUCCESS. Don't read me wrong, I was a little afraid at the beginning, but I am grateful for the kindness of Tammy Wright, Ms. Lan and Dr. Vapnek, they truly made this experience AWESOME!!! Thank you guys for all your care, support and dedication to our case. I will gladly recommend your services to people. And for those people who are thinking about being a donor, I invited you to read from previous donors, and know that you will have a normal life. For me it was a great way to give back to someone who I love. Like the famous phrase from the book of life, "is better to give than to received"
